KRIPT Rewards

Get 10% back in store credit on your orders. Shop signed in to your THE KRIPT account and we’ll add store credit to it, ready for your next order.

How it works

  1. Sign in or create an account when you check out, on our website or in the THE KRIPT app.
  2. Shop as usual. You earn 10% of what you pay for eligible items.
  3. Get your credit. Once the 14-day return window on your order has closed, we add the credit to your account. It’s valid for 12 months from that date.
  4. Spend it on your next order, at checkout.
Example: you buy a $90 dress and a $40 top and use a 10% off code. You pay $117 for the items, so you earn $11.70 in store credit. Shipping, taxes and duties don’t count.

What earns credit

  • 10% of the amount you pay for eligible items, after any discount code.
  • Only orders placed while signed in to a THE KRIPT account earn credit. Guest orders don’t.
  • Sale items and gift cards don’t earn credit.
  • Shipping, taxes, duties and Checkout+ don’t earn credit.
  • The part of an order you pay with a gift card or store credit doesn’t earn credit. For example, if you use $20 of store credit on a $100 order, you earn on the other $80.
  • An order needs at least 5.00 of eligible items, in the currency you shop in, to earn credit.
  • KRIPT Rewards applies to orders placed from October 22, 2026.

When your credit arrives

We add your credit once the return window on your order has closed, 14 days after delivery. Waiting until then means any return is settled first, so the credit you see is credit you keep.

Using your credit

  • Sign in at checkout to apply your credit to your order.
  • Use it on anything, including sale items, and together with discount codes.
  • Use it on our website or in the THE KRIPT app. It’s the same account and the same balance.
  • When you’re signed in, your balance shows in your bag and in your account.
  • Credit stays in the currency you earned it in, and can be spent when you shop in that currency. For example, credit earned while shopping in euros is used on orders paid in euros.
  • Credit expires 12 months from the date it’s issued. Each amount you earn has its own expiry date, so credit from a newer order lasts longer than credit from an older one.

Returns

If you return an item, the credit earned on it is removed from your account. If you’ve already spent that credit, its value is deducted from your refund.

The fine print

  • Store credit has no cash value and can’t be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
  • We may change or end KRIPT Rewards at any time. Credit already in your account keeps its expiry date.
