Review Rewards

Get $5 in store credit for every review with a photo or video. Show us how you wear it, and we’ll add credit to your THE KRIPT account, ready for your next order.

How it works

  1. Place your order. Only confirmed orders can be reviewed.
  2. Leave a review from the link in the review email we send you after your order is delivered.
  3. Add at least one photo or video of you wearing or styling the piece.
  4. Get your credit. Once we’ve received and checked your review, we add $5 in store credit to your THE KRIPT account. It’s valid for 12 months.
Every honest review counts. You get the same $5 whatever rating you give, positive or negative. Reviews that earned store credit are labelled on our site.

What qualifies

  • A review of a piece from a confirmed order, left from the link in your review email.
  • At least one photo or video that you took yourself and that shows the piece. Screenshots, stock images and photos from our website don’t count.
  • $5 for each piece you review, for up to 3 pieces per order. That’s up to $15 in store credit per order.
  • Your review has to follow our review guidelines: no spam, offensive language or personal information, and it has to be about the piece you bought. Reviews we can’t publish don’t earn credit.

Using your credit

  • Sign in with the email address on your order to see your credit and use it at checkout, on our website or in the THE KRIPT app.
  • Credit is added in US dollars, or the equivalent in the currency of your order.
  • Use it on anything, including sale items, and together with discount codes.
  • Credit expires 12 months from the date it’s issued.

The fine print

  • Store credit has no cash value and can’t be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
  • We may change or end Review Rewards at any time. Credit already in your account keeps its expiry date.
